PUBLIC NOTICE

CAT-TV Bylaw Revisions

 

The Catamount Access Television Corporation, pursuant to Article VII of its By Laws, hereby warns its Members and residents of Bennington, North Bennington, Old Bennington, Woodford, Pownal, and Shaftsbury that proposed amendments to the corporate bylaws will be taken up at the September 27, 2021 meeting of the Board of Directors. 

 

This Board of Directors meeting has been duly warned and the revisions to the bylaws are being made available for member and public review two weeks prior to that meeting.  Copies of the revised bylaws are available below on this page of our website at catamountaccess.com or by visiting the CAT-TV office located at 625 Main St, Bennington.

 

You can review the proposed revisions in the following documents.
