CAT-TV Board of Director Election
As a CAT-TV Member or Registered Comcast Subscriber, you are eligible to vote in our annual Board of Directors Elections. This year we have one (1) seat up for election and have presented one (1) candidate for your voting consideration. Please refer to the short bio below for more information on the candidate. You may also include a write-in candidate if desired. Completed ballots will be returned to a third-party auditor who will tabulate the results.
Voting ends on Friday, October 11th, 2019. Results will be announced at the Board of Directors meeting on Monday, October 28th, 2019.
Marcia J. Noyes: (Incumbent)
Marcia is originally from Burlington and attended Rice Memorial High School. After high school she traveled across Canada living in Vancouver, BC and Montreal, Quebec before returning to the US. She has worked for the Bennington school system for 27 years, 21 of those in IT. Currently she is a Senior Systems Administrator for the Southwest Vermont Supervisory Union. She took many online IT classes through CCV during the early days of her career and later received her Certificate in EdTech from Marlboro College. In addition to her work in IT, Marcia is a mother of 3, a grandmother of 9, and a regular rock and roll concert-goer having seen Bob Dylan, Grateful Dead, Rolling Stones, and Eric Clapton to mention a very few. She resides in Bennington with her husband Peter and owns an apartment house where her youngest daughter and husband live. Marcia is running for her second term on our Board.
